We inform you that our warranty covers damages due to defects in the manufacturing process for a period of 3 years . The warranty does not cover damages caused by wear or misuse.
You have a size guide available (open size guide) to help you choose the most suitable size. Also, if your size isn’t the right one, contact us and we’ll schedule a pick up.
6. Shipping methods and costs
Our courier service will deliver your items Monday through Friday to the delivery address shown at the time you placed your order:
Standard (3–5 business days):
The cost of standard shipping is EUR 2.95
*Due to the high volume of orders during campaigns, delivery times may be delayed.
7. Order status
As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you an email to let you know:
If you created an account before placing your order, you can track your orders by going to ‘My Account’ and clicking ‘Order History.’ You can check your previous orders and the status of your current order.
If you have not created an account or if you registered after placing your order, you can track your order once it has been shipped from our distribution center. To do so, you can use the email you receive from our carriers.
If your order has not been delivered within the specified period of time, please contact our Customer Service Team, who will locate it.
